Herbs

We have culinary herb gardens with a focus on growing unusual, hard to find culinary herbs such as lemon verbena, lovage, and rose geranium leaves. But our true love is to grow native medicinals that are not commonly cultivated, such as Asclepias tuberosa (Pleurisy Root/Butterfly Weed), Salvia apiana (White Sage), Monarda punctata (Horsemint), Gnaphalium obtusifolium (Rabbit Tobacco) and Pycnanthemum (Mountain Mint) species. It is our hope that we can share our fascination with the amazing diversity of the plant world with others through sharing our products, whether in the form of live plants, fresh cut herbs for use in the kitchen, or dried herbs for use as tea or to impart healing and tasty qualities to wintertime meals.
