Ordering

Crop availability will be posted on our website every Monday by noon! Orders can be placed conveniently either on-line, by email, or by calling us directly.

Delivery

Delivery dates & times can be made in coordination with your schedule. Arrangements can be made to accommodate multiple deliveries each week.

Special Requests

We are open & willing to experiment growing unusual vegetables or herbs for you. Forgot to order something…? Call us.

Location

Barefoot Gardens is located 2 miles from the center of Doylestown. We believe that we should serve the communities in which we live. It is our philosophy to grow produce for our community. We do not want to drive past the restaurants we eat at to deliver our produce & herbs to restaurants in far away places.

Certification

We are currently farming 6 acres of fields, pastures & greenhouses. 2011 is our fourth growing season and we are pursuing Organic & Biodynamic Certification. It is our goal to be certified by the end of the 2012 season.

Spring

Green Onions, Scallions, Bok Choy, Lettuce, Mustard Greens, Asian Greens, Chard, Kale, Peas, Radishes, Garlic Scapes, Beets, Carrots, Spinach, Strawberries.

Summer

Zucchini Blossoms, Beets, Carrots, Cucumbers, Eggplant, Fennel, Garlic, Green Beans, Kale, Onions, Peppers, Potatoes, Heirloom Tomatoes, Tomatillos, Summer Squash (baby varieties & full size), Swiss Chard.

Fall

Beets, Broccoli, Broccoli Raab, Brussels Sprouts, Cabbage, Carrots, Cauliflower, Col-lards, Garlic, Kale, Potatoes, Pumpkins, Rutabagas, Swiss Chard &Winter Squash.

Year Round

Micro Fennel, Micro Cilantro, Pea Tops, Baby Carrots, Baby Radishes, Baby Turnips, Baby Arugula, Baby Spinach, Baby Bok Choy, Red Veined Sorrel, Young Chard, Mini Head Lettuce.

Culinary Herbs

Basil, Cilantro, Chives, Garlic Chives, Chervil, Flat Leaf Parsley, Mint, Fennel (leaf, flower & seed), Salad Burnet, Rosemary, Tarragon, Thyme, Oregano, Sage, Savory.

Eggs

The chickens are happy outside eating grass and breathing the fresh air. They also have Certified Organic Feed to supplement their grass diet.
